This is the story of how I lost 170 lbs, kept it off, and built a system you can actually use.
What it took — and what I learned along the way.
Trying hard, doing everything right, and still feeling stuck — not because you’re lazy, but because nothing you tried was built to last.
I've lived every version of this struggle. But now, my weight is predictable.
No more guessing. Yours can be too.
To try everything and still feel stuck. To lose weight, gain it back, and quietly wonder what you're doing wrong. To think you're the problem — when really, you just never had a system.
At one time, I was 200+ pounds heavier than I am today. The setbacks weren't just physical. The weight of them was emotional.
What changed wasn’t motivation. It was clarity — and a consistent way to act on it. Once I understood what actually drives fat loss, I broke out into a huge smile.
People don’t fail at fat loss because they’re weak. They fail because no one ever taught them how fat loss works — clearly, practically, without shame.
I guaranteed myself weight loss. That’s when everything changed—in the best possible way.
I spent years chasing motivation and willpower. Real change began when I built a system that made both irrelevant.
The path forward doesn’t require perfection — it requires progress.
You don't need to be perfect from day one. You need a system that keeps working even when times are tough — one day at a time, building momentum until the process becomes second nature.
I teach fat loss built on predictability — not guessing, not perfection.
Most people don’t struggle because they’re unmotivated. They struggle because nobody ever taught them what realistic progress looks like.
I know. I was one of them.
The first few weeks rarely look dramatic. Most days feel ordinary.
Progress hides in small decisions repeated over time. That’s why a good system matters more than a perfect day.
Yes, first steps can feel uncertain, KEEP TAKING THEM ANYWAY.
I stopped trying harder.
I started building a repeatable system.
Progress comes from correction — not starting over, not chasing perfect days, but learning how to adjust and keep moving.
You're going to miss shots. You're going to have off days.
The difference is what you learn, what you adjust, and what you do next.
When I slice a shot or hook it, I don't guess why.
I have a coach to tell me why.
Every miss is data.
A good golfer doesn't quit after a bad round. They review the tape, adjust the grip, and show up again. Fat loss works the same way — the setback isn't the story. What you do with it is.
I coach fat loss based on direct and empathetic feedback and correction — not guessing. As a coach I can’t do the work for you — but I will do everything I can to make sure you’re doing the right work, in the right direction, with the right adjustments.
Fat loss isn't a mystery. It's math — I teach it.
You don't need more shame. You need better feedback.
I didn't just lose the weight.I finally understood why I'd been failing.
No one handed me a system that worked. I built it through years of misses, adjustments, and learning what actually lasts.
And I’m deeply grateful for that.
Thank you for standing with me, for believing in me.
I love you. — Brian
